• Interactive homepage prompt that seeds the first chat and persists through authentication.

• Docs hub reorganized into a wiki-style index with persona guides and archived plans.

In Flight (Next 4–6 Weeks)

• Pro tier rollout: Finalize billing, expand regeneration and preview capacity, and launch shared template libraries.

• Governance hooks: Ship policy configuration (weldr contracts check gating) and usage dashboards for Pro/Enterprise workspaces.

• Prompt flow polish: Tighten post-login redirects and session hand-off so the hosted experience feels consistent.

Coming Up (6+ Weeks)

• Managed hosting alpha: Hosted production environments with audit trails, deployment pipelines, and incident logging. Replaces the deprecated one-click deployment experiments.

• Compliance starter kit: SOC2 readiness artifacts, access logs, and webhook integrations for enterprise security teams.

• Hybrid ownership tooling: Smoother eject workflows, ownership manifest diffs, and CLI support for partial surfaces.

Longer-Term Exploration

• Adapter marketplace for community-contributed data sources and auth providers.

• Team analytics tying AI usage to shipped features and ROI metrics for leadership.

• Public template gallery and showcase projects highlighting successful Weldr launches.
